Stuart Turner - Regency Residential was created by Director, Stuart Turner. Stuart has been working in the lettings industry in Cheltenham for more than two decades and has been responsible for running some of the largest lettings companies in the area. His in-depth knowledge of the local area and the Cheltenham lettings market is unrivalled and his aim is to put service at the forefront of the entire lettings process whether you are a landlord or tenant.

Chris Jarrett - Chris joined Regency Residential in 2023 as a Director and co-owner of the business. He has been involved in the sale of premium property since 1996 and has sold many fine homes across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Devon and Somerset during his career. A specialist in sales and marketing, Chris has a fine eye for the features of a property that most appeal to buyers and has the innate ability to tailor a marketing campaign accordingly. A third-generation estate agent, his late grandfather owned and ran a chain of estate agents through the 70’s and 80’s, and his mother was a successful estate agent for decades before turning her hand to search agency on Exmoor.

Chris was previously Director and Head of Office for a market leading national agent in Cheltenham before opting to join Stuart to lead the sales department at Regency Residential. He is pleased to be able to offer to clients a more personable and tailored approach to selling property.
