Regency Residential welcomes new Director and widens service lines
Regency Residential is delighted to welcome highly experienced property expert Chris Jarrett as Director and co-owner of the business working alongside Stuart Turner.
Chris has been involved in property for almost 30 years and has most recently had the role of Director and Head of Office at a leading National firm, handling the sale of premium property, where he worked for almost 14 years. A third-generation estate agent, Chris has handled some of the finest sales in Cheltenham and the surrounding area, as well as Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire during his career. Brought up locally and schooled at Rendcomb College, he has in depth knowledge of the region and a stunning track record of successful sales and very happy clients.
Reflecting on his move from employee to ownership, Chris says ‘I am so excited to have the ability to implement the 28 years of experience I have gained to run my own business alongside Stuart. In the space of a little over 12 months, Stuart has grown the Regency Residential brand in to one of the leading letting agents in Cheltenham, and I am thrilled to work with him to widen the offering into Residential Sales. My experience throughout my career has been the sale of premium property, and I look forward to working with old clients and new contacts and helping them buy and sell, but in a less formulaic fashion so typical of the larger firms.’
