1) Mr & Mrs G - Cash buyers in rented - £1m to £1.5m - Looking for either Winchcombe or south of Cheltenham town centre (Montpellier, The Park, Tivoli, The Suffolks) within walking distance of facilities, would prefer a house with larger reception areas than bedrooms. Ref: 45316426

2) Mr P - Proceedable purchaser - £300,000 to £550,000 - Small house or flat with good access to the centre of Cheltenham, ideally walking distance of the town centre, but would consider others, minimum two bedrooms, prefer three if possible. Ref: 45500127

3) Mrs R - Under offer on own property - up to £350,000 - Small cottage located in a rural or sem rural locarion, either on the edge of Cheltenham or an outlying village with access to the town, two bedrooms ok, condition irrelevant, must have good walks nearby. Ref: 45426139.

4) Mr H - Cash buyer - Up to £5m for development opportunities throughout the region, either plots for new build, with or without planning consent, properties for renovation, buidings to convert in to apartments, rural or urban. Ref: 45497485

5) Miss T - Cash buyer - Up to £2.5m for attached or detached period house in either Pittville, Battledown or south of the town centre (The Park, Tivoli, Montpellier, The Suffolks etc), ideally 4+ bedrooms and good entertaining space, with parking and a reasonable garden, a basement apartment or other secondary accommodation would be a bonus but not essential.
